At The Window Workshop in Ramsgate, we use the latest 70mm, 5 chambered system with Planitherm Plus argon gas filled glass units. This system features a unique coating which reflects the heat back into the room as well as letting the heat from the sun in, leading to increased energy efficiency and savings on your fuel bills.
Our products are packed full of clever design features like plastic thermal reinforcements made from 100% recycled material to keep in more heat, to advanced glass that can capture free heat from the sun through solar gain. Our products are also designed so that they can be collected and recycled back into new UPVC products
Our commitment to our planet further extends to the recycling of our customers existing UPVC products where possible. We dispose of all extractions from your home, creating a hassle free installation.
All Window Workshop products are internally beaded and fitted with a multi-point locking system and night vent facility. The hinges are screwed into steel instead of plastic.
Additionally, all of the products The Window Workshop offers come inclusive of a 10 year insurance backed guarantee. In the rare occurrence that you experience any issues within these 10 years * refer to our terms and conditions *, our inhouse engineer is an ex fitter so you are reassured that any work undertaken is to a high standard and can be addressed promptly.
All of our mechanisms and handles are created by respectable companies who specialise in hardware security, are compliant to government regulations and are recognised by security companies and the police.
